We all love our rides and go to great lengths to keep them looking and running as well as they can so Dave doesn’t want to just snap a shot, he wants to make a photograph of your pride and joy in a unique manner that you will be proud to display on the wall of your home, office or shop.
Do you have an undeniable love for your ride? A love that goes so far that it can be hard to put your ride away at the end of each cruising day? Then it’s probably time to get that professional photograph that locks that sweet piece of iron into a state of undeniable beauty before it starts to show its age.
Ride North America would like you to get to know Dave Brewin the owner and photographer of Full Throttle Photo. Dave has a great eye for photography that brings out the best in your ride. Dave is a visionary when it comes to backdrops for the perfect picture. It’s not about you it’s about your ride so show it off with pride for the entire world to see.
Full Throttle Photo is a unique photography service dedicated to the Motorcycle, Hot Rod or Classic Car owner, builder or dealer located in the South Okanagan of British Columbia. Dave at Full Throttle Photo is willing to travel wherever necessary to get that perfect shot of your cool ride.
Speaking from personal experience, I have asked my friends, my kids and my spouse to take pictures of me and my bike, both, riding my bike and me sitting on my bike. I always had the intention of hanging a few of these photos on my wall, framed in my workshop or as a picture above the mantle. It never worked out no matter how hard I tried.
The team here at 2 Rebel Apps highly recommends that you call Full Throttle Photo and get that shot that you've always wanted. Dave will always do your ride justice by producing a photo that Easy Rider, Revolution, Iron Horse and Classic Cruisers would be proud to feature in their Motorcycle & Hot Rod Magazines. Whether you choose a scenic landscape, an abandoned building, your place of business or something industrial as your backdrop, we at RNA know you will be more than impressed with the final image.
Call Full Throttle Photo and Dave Brewin before going anywhere else for that perfect image of your ride. Dave is willing to travel anywhere in the South Okanagan (Kelowna Included) should you require his professional photography service. Additional rates may apply outside of these areas so ask for details.

Once a location, time and day has been decided on you’ll meet Dave at the chosen location and spend whatever time is necessary to get that perfect shot. We’ll end up setting the vehicle up in several different positions, with and/or without you included depending on what you want.
The shots have been taken and now the processing begins. This is where Dave will work his magic. Only the best shots will be deserving of Dave’s time so once they are completed, photo proofs will be emailed to you to make your choice. These proofs are smaller versions that show the composition of the shot. They are not finals. Once you make your choices, there will still be some tweaking to do to make them even better. Your print order will take approximately 10 business days to be ready depending on if you also choose to have the print mounted, matted and/or framed.
Dave was born and raised in Montreal, and developed a keen interest in photography in the early 80’s when he bought his first camera, a Nikkormat FTn. This camera would be his introduction to what would prove to be an exciting new part time career in the photography world.
In 1993, Dave moved from Montreal to Victoria BC, to enroll in The Western Academy of Photography. Here he would sharpen his eye, hone his technical skills and learn the business side of the industry.
When The Commonwealth Games went to Victoria in 1994, Eastman Kodak, a major sponsor asked all the students at his school if any would be interested in working with them during the games. Dave applied, and was accepted to work at the Victoria Commonwealth Games. He was later called back by Kodak to work the Summer and Winter Olympic events from 1994 – 2002 along with all Pan Am and Commonwealth events in between.
Dave’s passion has always been black & white landscape photography however with an interest in motorcycles and the owner of a customized 2009 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic; he has recently changed his direction to focus on motorcycles, hot rods and classic cars…. any cool rides really. In his words “I don’t know why I didn’t think of this sooner!”
Now with a new direction, he will be providing a service to everyone with a cool ride. If you’ve got a cool ride that you’d like to have photographed in a unique manner, he’ll provide you with one that you’ll be proud of.
Over the years Dave has shot thousands of images all over the world. In this website you will find some of his favorites but from now on you will progressively find more cool rides added as he pursues this new passion and style of photography.
